Giza, Egypt

This photo of the Great Pyramids of Giza was taken on 20 April 2003 (see our photoalbum for more photos of this trip).

On our second day of our trip up the Nile in 2003 we visited the Giza Plateau, where we rented horses and went around the pyramids through the desert. We would later come back at the end of our two-week trip to go inside the Pyramid of Cheops.
